Refresh 2018 is a 3 week challenge designed to help you figure out how to fuel your body, fit movement into your day, foster a positive outlook, and find balance in your life after a hectic holiday season.

 

Challenge participants will receive a 3 week, plant-powered meal plan, shopping lists, a daily workout calendar along with links to short and sweet fitness routines, and access to a private Facebook group where you will join other participants for motivation, inspiration, a place to ask questions, and a positive community helping each other be our best selves.

 

Our meal plan is designed by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with training in integrative and functional nutrition. The plan features foods that promote longevity, fight inflammation, and help your body optimize its own metabolic pathways so you can get out of your own way and let your body do its thing! Meal plans include menu options for vegetarian/flexitarian eating as well as menus including animal proteins so you can choose what works best for you and your body.

 

The challenge can be completed entirely online! Any of the online workouts can be replaced by an in-studio class or a workout of your choice.
