All of your instructors at Breathe are passionate about Pilates and Fitness. We love getting to know you, and we work hard to ensure that every class and every private session is not just a fantastic workout but an amazing experience for each participant -- mind, body, and spirit.

Rebekah Girvan Budnikas is studio owner, instructor, and private trainer. She is BASI Pilates, Balanced Body Barre, and TRX certified.

Justine Pasco is full-time studio manager, instructor, and private trainer. She is BASI Pilates & Booty Barre certified.

Elle de Waal is a professional dancer and choreographer, instructor, and private trainer. She is Balanced Body Barre certified, and BASI Pilates trained.

Keala Mason holds a Masters degree in Kinesiology from JMU. She's Yoga Fit Certified as well as Booty Barre trained.

Andrea Russell is a Yoga Alliance Certified RYT 200. Her background includes seven years of Irish Dance training, as well as foundational courses in ballet, modern dance, and Alexander technique.

Tracy Seefried is a personal trainer, athlete, and RN. She is TRX Certified.

Anne Brunk is an instructor and private trainer. She is Balanced Body Reformer, Balanced Body Barre, and TRX Certified.

Krista Peters is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She is TRX Certified.

Heidi Pennington has enjoyed nearly three decades of dance training in ballet, pointe, lyrical, jazz, and modern.  She also has a Ph.D. in English and Comparative Literature. Her classes will improve your balance, strength, flexibility, and knowledge of Victorian literature. 

Melinda Noland has been in the fitness world for 15 years. She is a certified group fitness instructor as well as TRX certified.

Meredith Kozikowski is a graduate student at JMU, working on her masters in Adult Education & Human Resource Development. She is Yoga Fit & TRX certified.

Toni Rossi-Miller is a Physical Therapist Assistant with over 26 years of clinical practice and experience, she is also a highly skilled fitness instructor and Pilates trainer.
